Aircel — port message sent to 1900 is not being sent

I am not able to send port message to 1900.. Whenever i try to send it.. It says message not sent.. I have tried this many times for the last 10 days..

Please resolve this at the earliest..

This is a tamil nadu sim but i am trying to send the port message to 1900 from chennai location..

Please do the needful asap..
