[Resolved]  Aircel — port msg issue

I am sending sms to 1900 from last 20 to 25 days, but always it says, ' failed to send message'.
I called to customer care, but they said ' there is no problem in our service '
Please! Please! Please
Request to help me and provide the upn no asap so that i can port my number
Please take this request on top priority as i am facing this issue from last 25days.
Early response and action will be appreciated.

Dear team,

I have requested to port my no from Aircel to Airtel.
As I discussed with Airtel executive in Airtel store that they require some approval from Aircel side after this your Airtel sim will activate.
So I request to you plz do this approval on priority basis so that I can use my number as current sim (aircel) is not working and one more thing Aircel store executive asking for rs 100 for sim replacement.

Please assist me on priority.i'll be thankful for you if you can asap for me.
