[Resolved] Aircel — port out code not received

I would like to port my aircel number to any other network. Few days back i sent a message "port 98xxxxx210" to 1900. I received port code properly which was valid for few days. But i couldn't use that. But now i sent the same message to 1900 and i am receiving message "dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port" as reply. Every time i try to send the message, rs.3.45 is taken as charges too.

I received calls from Aircel immediately after posting the complaint. But till now no solution is provided. Again I am getting similar kind of reply from the Aircel as "Dear Customer, Please send the request in the below format. Port<10 Digit Mobile Number>.
