Aircel — port out message is getting failure

Hello banu same issue happend with me also when i send port out msg to 1900 its gets failure... Whats the problem i changed service centre no. Also for that but that issue still appear

M really tired abt aircel there is no 3g/4g in our area and 2nd thing is call rates r to high so want to portout.
Pls give me proper solution. How to solve this msg failed issue.

i try to port using IVRS method from calling customer care it says mismatch of ICICDI number with sim mobile number...What can do because i used this number for ten years...pls reply me ..thank you in advance...

I am not getting upc code for my no [protected] even though I am sending message to 1900 no reply is coming and I cannot connect to customer care as well and your aircel store are also closed in kolkata as well.
I would like to change from Aircel
My Mobile number is [protected] I have sent message to 1900 but i didnt get prot code from the Service operator.
I cant port my aircel no to other netwroks due to messege not send pls take immediate action this no is very important to me [protected] pls send me upc no
I have tried several times to get the port no, but due to lack of network am unable to get it, please send the port no as its very important to keep this phone number [protected]
I've sent the message for the UPC code so many times, still I haven't received a message with the UPC code for my number. I request that my UPC code is generated at the earliest possible convenience.
I'm not having signal in my aircel and also service center near by my home are closed from a long time . Please tell me how to avail UPC code
