Aircel — port request get set but aircel responds with incorrect format

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600005

I am trying to help my mother in law to port from aircel to airtel, receiving reply from aircel stating to use a format but i am pretty sure i used correct format.

I am using port to 1900.

Please try to fix the issue. As my number is linked to gas, aadhar.. Etc if lose this number i need to work hell lot on updating number.
