[Resolved]  Aircel — Port sms not sent

I tried sending the port sms to 1900 several times only to get the "not sent. Tap to try again" error message. This happened every time i tied, without exceptions.
Tired, i called aircel customer care only to learn that several other customers had similar issues. Hence they are accepting the same request over the phone (Good!).

The sla i was given was 24 hours.
After 24 hours, when i called to check status, i was told by another rep that although my request was taken, 'my mobile number was not highlighted. I've no clue whatever that means.

I wonder what the 1st rep meant by 'request has been taken' if he forgot such a critical step as highliting my number (If that's really the case). The 2nd rep noted my complain, gave me a complaint number and a fresh sla of 24 hours.

Dear aircel, if you think you can squeeze customers' balls (Or whatever applicable) by preventing a port-out, you've picked on the wrong customer. I don't give a flying # about changing numbers while changing nsps.

I'll wait for another 24 hours as was very politely requested of me. If i still don't get that stupid-# upc, you (Aircel) can go # yourselves. There are other nsps waiting for disgruntled customers like me.
