Aircel — porting code is not received

Dear sir/madam

Since the network of aircel is down from last 5 days here in bhubaneswar, i want to change the mobile service provider. I have tried to get the upc (Porting code) by sending sms to 1900.

The msgs are being sent successfully but the "porting code" is not generating/ not received.

The sms charges are being deducted but from your end the porting code is not coming.

So kindly advice me how to get the porting code!?

Dear Aircel,

What is the status of my Complain !? The customer service person is saying within 6 hours the Porting code will be given. But it is 3 days passed. I have not received the code.

Why are you not providing me the PORT OUT CODE ? You are neither providing me the network nor the Portout Code.

Please send me the Porting Code.
