Aircel — porting code not able to receive

I am using aircel number from last 7 years.

I want to port my aircel number. I have sent message to 1900. But i have not received porting code.

I have been trying to call customer care, they are not responding and aircel store are closed.

Please help me with this regard. Iam suffering inconvenience regarding this. Please help me my sending porting code
