Aircel — porting request not working

I have sent porting request to aircel from my number as many as 10 to 11.. But it states that there is a connectivity issue.. What we need to do. We are not recieving phone calls and unable to call others..
Saw a news that there will be tower problerm again from tomorrow.
What we should do now to get ported from aircel to other network
We are trying the porting request for the past 2 days but still says that there is a connectivity issue.. Can any one explain whats wrong in the network. Y messages are not going
