[Resolved]  Aircel — Postpaid bill

This is nagarethinam m. i have changed my number from prepaid to postpaid. i asked aircel club 299 plan. but they have given retail 199 plan. when i asked again they have changed another plan, that is also wrong. 3 times they changed my plans. finally they said now u r in club 299 only. i got a bill rs. 620 for my new connection which is not used properly.. my question is y should i pay for ur mistake.. kindly deactivate my number as soon as possible & convert to prepaid.
Don't cheat the customer like this.

I got a cal from Aircel but my problem is not rectify till now..

July 2016 Bill already generated, due amount is Rs. 620. Last date for my bill payment is 01/08/2016. Now should i do. R u going to regenerate my bill or any other revert options is there ???

Dear Nagarethinam,

We would like to inform you that Tariff reworking has been done under Club 299 and the reversal amount comes to Rs.277/- which will be credited to your account within 72 hrs. You have to clear rest of the payment of Rs.301/- after taxes calculation.
