I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE THEY TOLD SAME ANSWER FOR DOUCUMENT PENDING YOU GO TO CONTACT SHOW ROOM. 4. 16/06/2015 TODAY MET YOUR PONDICHERRY AIRCEL OFFICE MANAGER(RAJIV GANGHI SATCHU) THEY TOLD OUR SIDE BOTH MOB NO DOCUMENT SEND ON 28.05.2015 SAME DAY AND I CONFORM AIRCEL OFFICE TODAY MY UN BILLED AMOUNT RS.160 ONLY. AFTER THAT IAM NOT PAID ANY AMOUNT. SIR, YOU WILL ASK THE PONDICHERRY AIRCEL OFFICE THIS CUSTOMER DOCUMENT RECEIVED OR NOT? THAT CONFORM IS YOUR JOB, HOW MANY TIMES I GO TO SHOW ROOM??? THAT IS NOT MY JOB. SIR BOTH MOB NO POSTPAID CONVERT TO PREPAID MY REQUSTING AND ON SAME DAY .
