Dear sir,

I am using aircel communication network. My mobile nos.[protected] & [protected]. I visited salem four road aircel show room to change my numbers post paid to prepaid scheme. They told me to come on next month first week and update bill payment. So i told them take the bill from my deposit amount. But they didn`t accept my request. I have the deposit amount each rupees two hundred and fifty. My regular bill amount was below two hundred only. So, you force them to accept my request.
