[Resolved] Aircel — Postpaid to prepaid connection | |||
Hai I am ishwarya LY I am using aircell postpaid number [protected]. On 20th Dec 2016 on my billing date I gave an request to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection at aircel office in pona mallet high Road chennai.I received 3 calls from executives for 3 consecutive days asking not to convert .but I informed them that I am not using my phone as I did before and want to migrate to prepaid .today date is 28th December 2016. Still my connection not migrated to postpaid, kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
