[Resolved]  Aircel — postpaid to prepaid regarding

I am try to 5 month for my aircel postpaid to prepaid. But your office person cant support us. I am paying 5 month payment my bill. But they cant support me.
So i want to post to prepaid my sim otherwise i want to port my number to another company. Please give me proper solution otherwise give me my port no.

Last 15 days i tried to send porting req.but my send not send to anyone or company also my no is [protected].i tried to call cust care last 3 days but its go on waiting and disconnect automatically plz help its very imp no for me.plz aircel team give the proper resolution on problem.

My [protected] postpaid aircel number will be port on 8 months ago but till now you cannot refund my deposit amount.
So that will i stop the payment for my postpaid number [protected].sum of Rs.1036.

I am trying to send PORT sms, but it is not sending, I am trying for last 15 days.

Is this done purposefully. I want port number as soon as possible, as I want to port due to poor network and call drop issues. Also no 4g connection with aircel.
