[Resolved] Aircel — Prepaid amount not transferred to postpaid | |
I have asked to switched to post paid by an Aircel customer service agent to get nano sim. The customer service agent promised me that my balance would be transferred to my post paid account. But till date the balance has not been transferred and I'm paying my monthly bill every month. I've raised several complaints regarding this issue via customer care call service but have not received a proper response. Verified Support Apr 10, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Aruntamilselvi selvi, We regret to inform you that the prepaid balance is not carried forward (can not be transferred) to postpaid account while migrating.
