Aircel has stopped it services without notifying us. No signal coverage, all my work has been stopped suddenly by them. I have not imagined this situation can arise in this developing environment.
I'm trying to reach their customer support but they closed all lines and stores.
And when i'm trying to generate upc code, they says my number and last 5 digits of sim number (Iccid) doesn't match with their database.
Is this my fault, is i'm responsible for this.
I want my problem to be solved as early as possible, otherwise i have to file a case against them as i have no option left. I can't change my number. Was this information helpful? |
