[Resolved] Aircel — Problem with outgoing calls

I am having problem with Aircel sim. I am unable to call through aircel. It is showing "callended" without any call hearing. This is Tamil Nadu sim. I bought this sim 6 months back. No problem with incoming calls. I have problem with only outgoing calls. Everything with this sim is ok except outgoing calls. Please, give any solution for this problem.
