Aircel — Process for changing the SIM for existing number | |||
Dear Team, I have a AIRCEL prepaid connection and my number is [protected]. My SIM card was broken and is not fitting in normal SIM slot, so a few months back i visited AIRCEL stores in Hosur, Tamilnadu for replacing a new SIM for the same. A girl executive (Name- Priya/[protected]) attended the request and i paid the amount for the new SIM and submitted the requested document and photo for the same. No acknowledgement was provided for the same. Due to some software issue the new SIM was not activated at that time. The executive gave her contact number and told it will be activated in some time or reach her on mobile if it is not done. After few follow up also it was not activated. Again i visited the same AIRCEL stores, a girl executive (Bhavani) told to pay for another new SIM as it is not getting activated. Please answer the below queries. So that i can go for the new SIM. 1. Why i have to pay for another SIM as i already paid and got the new SIM. 2. If i pay for new SIM again, Whether it can confirmed that it will be surely activated with an another new SIM. 3.
