[Resolved] Aircel — promised data benefit not credited | |||||
I have done a recharge of rs.143 dialing *121*01* and i got only 1 gb instead of 7 gb as mentioned on the recharge page. I had called the customer care and reconfirmed about the offer and they confirmed that it is available for my number. I have called the customer care twice yesterday and today and they said it will get credited soon it is more than 48hrs and data not credited. It is very disappointing the customer who still continue with aircel even after getting better offers from other operators. Was this information helpful? | |||||
