[Resolved] Aircel — Rate cutter not functioning | |||
I had recharged by aircel no. [protected] with local/std rate cutter recharge amount of ₹28/- on 26.06.2017. However, I have noticed today .i.e. on 29.06.2017, all my call rates and sms are being charged with default rates. I haven't received any black out day message too. I have even checked my last transaction history of my mobile no. in aircel app and the recharge amount of Rs. 28/- do exists. Please resolve the issue immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 27-Jun-2017 at 21:42:33 you make a call to local Aircel number 80145##### for 40 secs and was charged Rs 0.10p @10p/min according to RC 28. Hence, charged found correct.
