[Resolved]  Aircel — re 1 getting deducted and net pack n call pack not working on roaming

Please help my 1rs getting deducted everyday saying some store and i didnt activate it + stop msg is not working.. 2ndly wgen i came to kolkata from odisha.. My net pack was working bt after that no mattter how many times i recharge wid value pack net pack is not working.. 1st i thought mau be i needed a minimum balance. So i got my account recharged by my friend from odisha. Msg came as succesful recharge bt net pack didnt work. Please help i had to spnd more than a thousand rs within last 10days coz of this nuisance. P. S. I'm very ill. I cant run to ur stores all time. My number on which this is happening is [protected]

Regarding the balance deduction,

As per per concerned team, we would like to inform you that Re 1/per day was deducted for renewal charges of VAS (TECHSTORE service) which was activated on 13-Jul-2017. Although, the service has been deactivated but we regret that the waiver is not possible as this is a renewal case.

Regrading being unable to access the internet in roaming, we again request you to share the following details so that we can proceed accordingly:
