Aircel — Recharge not done in my mobile

I recharged my aircel mobile no [protected] with amount 53 after checking in aircel app (proof attached)that was showing aircel to aircel unlimited for 28 days but after recharge it was not done same and call centre saying that in app it is not right.I trusted their app and they cheated me
