Aircel — Recharge of Rs.155 not successful | |||||
I recharged my aircel no [protected] on 25th November 2015 with a recharge of Rs.155 at a shop here in Sambalpur odisha. The shopkeeper showed the message to me in his mobile that the transaction has been done and payment successfully.but I didn't receive any message.but the shopkeeper told that I will soon receive it.so I paid the money and went home. But I didn't receive any message or any balance.I talked to a customer care executive.he told that, company has received the payment and I will be getting the message soon., but I didn't receive one. I talked to two more executives and they told me the same thing. It has been 2 days since then, and I haven't received anything. Was this information helpful? | |||||
