My name is Surendra Sharma. I recharged my aircel number [protected] of rs. 29 through task bucks application on 1 April. I got recharge confirmation from aircel but net balance was not credited to my number. When i tried to contact consumer care but they did not attend call. I want company credit my net balance.
I am trying to contact consumer care since last month but every time my calls are rejected. This is a big problem of aircel.
Once in last two month i recharge my account with rs 40 talk time, company immediatly cut rs 37 saying that services were subscribed. I asked consumer care for details of service activated just before recharging number and there were no service activated even after i lost my rs 37 talk time. This is limit.
