[Resolved] Aircel — Refund for an unused recharge | |||||
I have done a recharge for Rs 148 in my aircel sim. I was unaware that the sim got deactivated. So when I called the customer care they informed me to issue a duplicate sim for which I agree because its been 4-5 months that I was not using it. But I was shocked to hear the representative say that they dont have any option for refund and its just sad that I wont be able fo use that recharge for any other thing.
