[Resolved] Aircel — refund for service which i subscribed is already activated on my number | |||
Dear sir, i have activated call rate plan rs.9, in june 2017, and choose the auto-renewal and its auto re-new on august 8 2017 and i was not aware of the fact and subscribed for the plan on 11augest 2017 which is already activated on my number and ([protected]) and again charged rs 9 from my account. I talked to customer executive of aircel and they were denying to refund my amount which i have charged twice for same service. I want refund of my money which they charged twice. I talked to mr.
