Dear Sir, I am Tekchand Pattanaik from Odisha mobilr no [protected] like to file a Complaint against Aircel Company due to, they are activated Video Talkies pack on date 22/09/2015 time 4.51 pm without any information for which they had deducted Rs.15. when I called to customer care they can't accepted my call . But i have not got any update on that or the refund. This is happening to me every month.if i can't refund my balance and review same problem then i filed a complaint against Aircal Copany in Consumer Court. Tekchand Pattanaik +91 [protected]

We have verified your account details and found that on dated 22th Sep 2015 a content “MOVIES" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.15/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
