[Resolved] Aircel — Refusing to port | |||||
I recently applied for port out request from aircel to a different provider, i had even paid my bill in advance, although i got a message that the donor refused to release for porting due to a mismatch of the upc code. I've verified the upc even during the time of entry and it was correct so i called aircel ccare and first they asked me to call the recipient operator, i told them i already called and they said nothing that they can do at their end and it was a donor operator issue. I asked them and i was told some information was mismatched i asked them which information and they were not able to provide an answer. It's really sad to see this happen.
