[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding activation problem

Today I took 2 Aircel sims which comes with the offer buy one get one free with some extra benefits like 200 Rs talk time, 2gb free 3gb data etc., on a roadside.I stay in Bangalore. I gave him all the required documents and was informed that sim will be activated by today 5 pm. But still it's not activated. Seller of sim is not picking my call and he may not be available in that place tomorrow. My question is: Is there any other ways to activate Aircel sim? Can any other seller would be able to activate my sim?
