[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding customer support | |||
I am not getting proper response form the customer support team when I am calling at 198. The agents names are Balaji and Salman. I called Balaji on 29th october at 6:00 PM regarding extra balance deduction in my number([protected]). When I asked about refund he told I woun't get it. I want to ask if that is the way they are helping customers. When I told him to forward the call to higher person he told he will note my complaint and gave me the reference number as 1-[protected]. After that they stopped receiving call from my number. Again today on 1st november when I called from other aircel number they received the call but they are telling some wrong information, and telling that I will not get my refund, and Salman told me that he will forward the call to his supervisor, but he disconnected my call. I am really frustrated, I am an aircel customer from last 5 years, and first time experiencing something like this. If writing this will help me anyway I will be greatful.
