[Resolved] Aircel — regarding deactivation of cug plan and change to prepaid connection

My mobile no is [protected]: i am already in prepaid. The company representative approaching to change cug plan. As my friends are in cug i agree. Now my friends exit the cug plan and hence the cug plan is not use ful to me. When i approach the aircel company in salem regarding this. They were refused to change the plan.
