Aircel — regarding portability from aircel to airtel

I have already requested for portability my aircel no [protected] to airtel. Already seven working days are gone but till now my aircel sim is not deactivated. Why my aircel no [protected] is not deactivated till now whereas I have requested with the upc code sent by airce? Resolve my problem soon.
