[Resolved]  Aircel — Regarding the balance

It's been over 8 years since I am using aircel services. I encountered a problem a couple of days back, where the balance had been deducted without any reason. I topped up my mother's mobile no [protected] on 3rd Jan. for rs.110. On 5th I noticed that the remaining balance is left only 48. Didn't get any concrete answer from customer care. They asked me to call back many times because of the failure of some application. It was very frustrating to hear the same answer again and again. On 10th my mother could make a call and I realised that rest of the balance is also deducted. Customer care gave the justification on 11th by saying that amount had been deducted in making international calls. I checked the call log and couldn't find any # as such. As per customer care one call was made on 3rd and second was on 8th. Some 63 and 47 rs. were deducted on different days. It's the first time I faced this problem with aircel. It's not the matter of 110 rs. but I am afraid if I should carry on with air el services or not.

I thought an action will be taken after my complaint but unfortunately nobody paid attention. Again rs. 80 were deducted today on 18th. I don't know how to react and whom to approach for resolution.
