I appreciate your quick action for deactivation of NDAIRPI2 and Music Connect from my Mobile. I shall also appreciate your quick response when you will reimburse Rs 472/-(approx) to my account, which you have wrongly deducted for above from Oct'16 to Jan'17, though the total deducted amount is much more than above. Verified Support Feb 10, 2017 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer(umarabi), We are regretted inconvenienced caused to you We would like to inform that you have been charged Rs30 for MOC1 (Vas service) on 05th February 2017 which was activated by IVR mode post double consent from your ends. And you have been charged Rs2/- for daily data pack activation. From our end, we have deactivated both the services. Hence charges found are correct and no waiver is applicable.
