[Resolved] Aircel — Repeated Balance Deduction by aircel | |||
Hi aircel, It's been many a times I have complained about the unnecessary balance deduction incidents. Still I am facing the same problem because agin Rs35 has been deducted from my account for no reason at all for seduction of some random pack. As post system we have found a deduction of Rs. 35/- on date 17/10/2015 for the activation of VAS "JSHASTER30" through WAP. Further we would like to inform you that same amount has already been credited in your account as per reference Sr. 1-[protected]. Please let us know if you need any assistance in future.
