Aircel — request for upc number not working

I have sent many sms to 1900 to get the upc code but to my surprise i have not received any message with upc code. Kindly help me in this regards.

From past two weeks, i am trying to get my upc code for porting my number from aircel but never got one. This number is very important to me and i am very surprised why aircel is stopping customers to port their number.
