Aircel — Request to deactivate my cug and process portability | |||
Sir/Madam, I have requested to disconnect my postpaid connection [Mob No : [protected]] in order to port to another network. And requested porting for the same. However it is pending for three months. I am not getting any sort of guidance from Aircel postpaid offices of my region. They have barred my outgoing for two months and still generating bills. I have cleared my account and even paid excess in advance. Kindly arrange to resolve on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
