Aircel — Requesting to deactivate my aircel sim [protected]

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that i have lost my aircel sim no. [protected]. I lost my phone yesterday, in which i had this aircel sim in it. The sim was bought under my name sai vignesh t, 1154-b, p.K.N road, sivakasi. So i am afraid that the person who took my phone can misuse my aircel sim [protected] in it. So i kindly request you to deactivate that sim immediately.

We would like to inform you that service has been barred on your Aircel no. [protected] under SIM lost barring on the basis of service request no. 1-[protected] on 13/04/2016.

Please visit at your nearest Aircel store with the following documents to get duplicate sim card.

POI (Proof of identity)
POA (Proof of address)
