[Resolved] Aircel — Retrieval of Phone number [protected] | |||
My aircel number [protected] has been locked as it has not been used for 3 months. I was unable to use this aircel number in Mumbai as the network for aircel is not available in the locality. Hence the number got locked. But it is extremely important to me to retrieve it as the number is provided for all important communications with me. I contacted the aircel xpress stores for the solution. But they are telling that I need to pay Rs 1500 to retrieve the number. I know that this should not be the case. Kindly look into the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible as I am facing a lot of issues for the unavailability of the number.
