On[protected] evening i had activated a services of RS 77 where I can make call free on 2 aircel locale no (where starting 2 min would be chargeable) rest 100
min would be free till a month as per your tariff plane motioned on website and IVR
but when i maid a call to aircel no[protected] to speak balance got debited for it
in first call i had spoke around 34 min and charges got debited around 34 or 23 rs
later I called on same no spoke around 6 min and charges got debited around 4 rs
even though yesterday I got confirmation that my services of rs 77 got activated still I was paying same charges.
not as per new activated plane
this is not the end when I am calling on your complaint desk 198 every till IVR is saying that executive are busy and call is getting drop.
so I had marked a mail to <appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in>
and got reply that
Rs.77 recharge was done on 3rd Feb’15 but still you have not registered the Local Aircel FNF numbers due to which you are not getting the benefits. Hence to register the FNF number you need to dial 123 post which select 5 option and then select 3 option to register the FNF number post which you will get the benefits of Rs.77 recharge.
But my point is that when I had checked the detail on your website and on IVR there is no such information that I have to register the no by calling on 123.
So how a customer will get to know regarding these steps.
so some where its your company's fault for which I lost my money
I request You to plz provide me the service gesture reversal of debited amt . I hope You can understand my concern and refund my amount.
but till yet i not got reply or refund of my amount .
