[Resolved] Aircel — Rs.150 had been deducted from my main account balance without my consent | |||
This is Joe. My no. is [protected]. I'm not satisfied with the resolution. This was Aircel's fault. Rs.150 has been deducted from my A/c balance on 06/10/2015 around 12:35am. TRAI is very strict On Activation of VAS Without Subscriber Consent since February 2011. I have used the internet when money was deducted from my no. Pop Up window was automatically generated from Aircel's side. It was their fault(fraudulent). I want my money back. I've been using Aircel for 7+ years. They are not at all loyal to me. For past 5+ years I have lost more than Rs.2000 from Aircel. Such a good operator they are... Hats Off for their valuable service. Finally I want my Rs.150 back within 4 days. Though I have officially complained to ([protected]@aircel.co.in), they haven't resolved my issue. I also asked for Nodal and Appellate officer details, but they didn't provide me. We would like to inform you that amount of Rs 148/- has been reversed to your account as service gesture.We would also like to inform that you have activated the service through WAP and would request to do not click on the add which is visible at the time of browsing & please do logout of the web page properly avoid such charges in the future.
