Aircel — Rs 30 got deducted from main balance | |||
Hi, I am using Aircel for few months and today suddenly 30 rs got deducted from my main balance. i got a sms saying you have subscribed video talkies services but i did't subscribed any things on my number. I call customer care also but i am not satisfy by their response and they have stooped the service. Now i want my 30 rs back and need confirmation that in future this type of thing should not happen else i have to change to other subscriber. As per the analysis done, checked & found that you got activated the VTALKIES30services through WAP, As you came back after 24 hrs wavier is not applicable, approval taken as special as a One-time goodwill gesture of Rs.30/- credited in your account. Inform you that VTALKIES30 services is deactivated...Please be informed For any further assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected] from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM…
