[Resolved]  Aircel — rude behavior of customer care and problems did not resolved

Hi team,

I am very regret to inform you, i want to close my post paid "[protected]" connection as soon as possible because of your service and your customer care "manikonva". I feel very bad. I am raising request for paper bill for almost every month.in this current month "august", i raised a request on 04-aug-2017 and 17-aug-17 and today as well both the ticket has been resolved but till now i did not receive paper bill.

This is not happening first time almost every month i am facing this issue except only 3 month out of 12 month.

I want to close the connection as soon as possible and all aircel store is very far from my place kondapur and i am unable to visit your aircel store right now otherwise please close the connection if i needed prepaid sim from aircel service, i will visit your aircel store later but right now close the connection.

I paid 300 rs as advance and this month bill is 271 rs only. I think that sufficient for your this month bill 271.

On 04-aug-17, i talk to customer care. He told, sir you can visit your nearest post office regarding your postpaid bill otherwise you can give your email id so that you can receive your bill on email i. E. The behavior of your customer care.

Sorry, i am very very unhappy with the aircel postpaid service. I don't want to continue with aircel service from "19-aug-2017". Please disconnect my service from right now.

Please kindly close my connection "[protected]" as soon as possible.

I received a call from aircel:

Name: Abhishek Sharma
Mobile number: [protected]

He is asking my bank detail, card number, he told, am from aircel and you raise a complain in consumer form regarding aircel. what is the issue?

i will request please raise the complaint against that person in police station, How this person can ask about my banking detail. Otherwise I will raise the complain in police station against this person.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
