I was using aircel postpaid sim for almost a year but due to their bad customer service I decided to disconnect it.
I paid my bill for the month of October 2016 and paid 50 rs extra in near by gallery located at Bhayandar west.
When I paid my bill aircel representative told me I'll receive my security deposit cheque at my registered address. According to their policy i should receive my security deposit cheque in 45 days.
It's more than 4 months i have not received my cheque.
When i enquired in aircel gallery located at Bhayandar west, aircel representative told me that my account is nil and there is no such security deposit.
I paid security deposit of 300 rs and 50 rs extra on my bill amount. I paid this security deposit via cheque and I have proof of it.
Adding to their poor customer service they don't even have basic ethics of returning their customers money
