Aircel — shows number not valid

I want to port my Aircel number, but for that UPC is mandatory, during this it shows no.is not valid

i want to port my above number but during the port process the upc
is mandatory, already i had send request for the upc but the result comes out that the number is not valid, but i use this number from last seven years, so please give the solution for this problem, so that i can use this number further
