Aircel — Sim card not activating

I recently bought a sim card from a retailer in kallekulangara. He said my sim card will be activated within 24 hours. But even after 48 hours my sim wasn't activated. So i contacted customer care. They said that my sim is processing and my sim card will be activated in 24 hours. But it didn't activate and this is the fifth day. I have been calling the customer care for 3 days and i am getting the same reply of activation in 24 hours . I am very much dissatisfied with aircel kerala service. I don't even get signal in my sim. I want to get my sim activated soon. My number is [protected]

My sim is still not activated and Aircel never contacted my alternate number. So why did you collect my number?

Still no activation and same reply from customer care.
Why are you guys not doing anything? It has been over a week and sim is not even receiving any signals even though the region has aircel coverage. Sim is not still activated
