Aircel — Sim closed

My aircel no [protected] always stand in emergency call in full range i have called to customer care 100 times totally third class customer care support i have complaint to network team they told change sim i done it no solution now they are saying go to retail shop is this a solution i cant even receive a call or do the call what to do i cant undetstand sometime the sim start and i tookout the porting code they have rejected my porting what to do i cant understand help me thankyou.
