[Resolved]  Aircel — Sim stopped working in USA

My cell number is [protected] and it was working fine till 24th Dec. Now it's giving msg that registration is failed. I called customercare and they said to recharge from base location. I did rechargerecharge of Rs 250 from pune. But still its unable tto register on ATT network. Please help. Vinay kumar singh

Pathetic customer care. They are saying that your SIM is blocked and they don;t have any solution...

Till 24th of Dec I have received SMS on that number from various sources. Why any SMS was not sent to me before deactivating. I called your customer care and she said that if you recharge from base location(Pune) the it will be activated. I did Rs250 recharge from Pune that but still its not activated. Please activate asap.

I am having bad customer experience here.
