Aircel — Sim Unregistered while i am using regularly base

Dear Sir/ Mam My self Inderjeet. I am Aircel user from last one year my Mob. Number [protected] & Sim No.[protected]. I did not use this sim for a week. My Aircel sim apear Unregistered. I tolk with aircel costomer care they said to me your sim now inactive and allot to other person. I also went to nearest Aircel store for reissue same number they said you cant reissue because your sim allotted another person. As far as i know in case non use mobile number within 45 days after that sim gone inactive. Sir i want this number again so what have to do for it..

why you cant reissue my Aircel No. [protected]. I want to know how you can break guideline. According to law non use of Mobile number till 90 days after that Sim can inactive .
