[Resolved] Aircel — sms is not able to send | |||
I am trying to port my aircel number from last few days.. My msg to 1900 is not being sent.. Sms sending is said to be failed..... I called customer care... But they didn't gave me any solution. And could not help me through this..... Please help me out with the solution as it is important for me to port the number.. As soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||

Note: I don't have main balance. So all I want is to transfer the promo balance.
How to do it? Can you please assist?
We would like to inform you that PF balance (promo balance) cannot be transferred to main balance. Also, PF balance can be used same as the main balance for voice, SMS, and the internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.
